Dear Participants,

On behalf of the Korean Society of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (KSPST), it is a great honor to welcome all our esteemed members and distinguished international guests to the 2025 KSPST Annual Meeting and International Conference.

The conference will be held from November 26–28, 2025, at Sejong University in Seoul, Korea—a place where tradition meets innovation. The venue reflects the spirit of the event, held under the theme “Converging Technologies for the Next Era of Pharmaceutical Sciences,” which highlights the growing importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and technological convergence in advancing pharmaceutical research and healthcare solutions.

The conference brings together researchers, professionals, and policymakers from around the world to explore recent advances in drug delivery, biopharmaceutics, materials science, regulatory science, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It features 2 plenary lectures, 1 educational session, and 10 scientific sessions, with 36 invited speakers. We are especially honored to welcome Professor Molly Shoichet from the University of Toronto as one of our plenary speakers. Furthermore, the conference will feature three joint sessions, co-hosted with the Controlled Release Society (CRS) Korea Chapter, the Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association (KPBMA), and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). These sessions will showcase distinguished presentations by world-renowned researchers representing 10 countries: the United States, Belgium, Japan, China, the United Kingdom, Israel, Canada, Singapore, Taiwan, and Korea.

This conference offers a timely opportunity for vibrant scientific exchange and meaningful collaboration, reaffirming KSPST’s commitment to innovation through interdisciplinary and global partnerships. 100% refund	When requesting a refund by 1 month before the event (Before October 25)
No refund	From 1 month before the event (October 26) ~ on the day of the event

If you wish to cancel your early registration and re-pay the registration fee, please download and fill out the application form below and send it to KSPST email (kspst@kspst.or.kr).
When refunding the registration fee, only the same payment method will be refunded (credit card payment will be cancelled if the original payment was made by credit card, cash refund in case of account transfer)
When the registration fee refund process is completed, we will reply to the same email as you submitted the application form.

Title, body of the text, author information should be written in English.
Please write the first character of the sentence in the title with capital letter and the rest in lowercase letters. Proper nouns are written in capital letters, and scientific names, genus and species names are written in italics.
Please do not leave a space in front of the first word in the body of the text and continue entering the text without line breaks. The length must be between 300 and 2000 characters including spaces and punctuation marks.
Please write the authors’ affiliations in English in the order of department, school (institution), country and write the first character of each word with a capital letter.

Poster Abstract

Presentation format can be selected from English poster presentation and poster display presentation.
You can make a presentation by selecting the desired research area.
The submitted abstracts for English poster presentation will be selected as the presenters of Young Scientist Session through evaluation by the Scientific Program Committee.
