Request for Electronic Invoice Issuance

• Electronic invoice issuance is possible only when the registration fee is deposited by account transfer (cannot be issued for credit card payments).

Pre-Registration Refund Policy

• If you wish to cancel your registration or change your payment method, please download and fill out the application form below and send it to KSPST email (kspst@kspst.or.kr).
• When refunding the registration fee, refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card payment will be cancelled if the original payment was made by credit card, cash refund in case of account transfer).
• When the registration fee refund process is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to submit your request.

• Title, body of the text, and author information should be written in English.
• Please write the first character of the sentence in the title with capital letter and the rest in lowercase letters. Capitalize proper nouns, and italicize genus and species names.
• Please do not leave a space in front of the first word in the body of the text and continue entering the text without line breaks. The length must be between 300 and 2000 characters including spaces and punctuation marks.
• Please write the authors’ affiliations in English in the order of department, school (institution), country and write the first character of each word with a capital letter.

  • - An error may occur due to compatibility issues when copying and pasting contents written in Hancom Office (HWP) or MS Word in the online submission page.
  • - The above error can be resolved by first pasting the text into a plain-text editor such as Notepad, then copying the contents from notepad and pasting them into the online submission page.

• Presentation format can be selected from poster presentation in English(Young Scientist Session) and poster exhibition presentation.
• You can make a presentation by selecting the desired research area.
• Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present in the Young Scientist Session following review by the Scientific Program Committee.

Poster Size Information

• Invited speakers should submit abstracts to the conference email (info@capstone-pco.com) and separate submission through the online abstract system is not required.
• Presentation details will be provided to each invited speaker individually.

Nationals of 116 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most European countries, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, may enter the Republic of Korea without a visa for short-term visits such as attending conferences. The permitted length of stay (30 days to 6 months) varies by nationality. Please check your eligibility and permitted stay on the official K-ETA website: https://www.k-eta.go.kr

Nationals of visa-free countries are generally required to obtain a K-ETA before boarding a flight to Korea. However, the Korean Ministry of Justice has temporarily waived the K-ETA requirement until December 31, 2026 for nationals of 22 countries and regions: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Austria, Poland, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Visa-free nationals of other countries (e.g., Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil) must apply for a K-ETA at least 72 hours before departure via the official website (https://www.k-eta.go.kr) or the K-ETA mobile app. Please verify your status on the official website before traveling, as regulations may change.
